About 170 meters away from the Daxiangshan tunnel of Fuping railway, there exist a ChiYu reservoir, the safety influence on the reservoir which caused by blasting vibration of tunnel excavation can not be ignored.Based on blasting monitoring of Daxiangshan tunnel, combined with geologicaldata of Daxiangshan mountain, blasting design scheme and monitoring datas, the effect of blasting construction on the safety of the reservoir of the Daxiangshan tunnel were studied by LS-DYNA software and HHT blasting vibration wave analysis method.(1)Through the field monitoring datas of the export section of Daxiangshan tunnel, the datas were processed by the Sadaovsky empirical formula, and the propagation law of blasting vibration wave in this area was obtained. Results show that Chi Yu reservoir dam measurement tests of blasting vibration wave horizontal vibration velocity and Vertical vibration velocitywere both in building safety within the allowed range.(2)By using the fitting out Sadaovsky empirical formula, the allowed single maximum explosive quantity was calculated, and the results show that the current maximum explosive quantity was in the safety range.(3)Using the LS-DYNA software to simulate the tunnel maximum explosive quantity initiation. And extracted the blasting vibration datas of each measuring point from the model, compared with measured datas and the datas result from Sadaovsky empirical formula to make sure the reliability of the model analysis and calculation is verified. And extracted the force of the dam measuring point, find out they all in the safe range that they will not be damaged.(4)Using HHT analysis method, reserch the blasting vibration signal by EMD and Hilbert transform.Analysis the safety influence of the surrounding building and the ChiYu reservoir by the combination of blasting vibration frequency and amplitude.
