With the continuous innovation and development of science and technology,high-tech industries such as big data and cloud computing are widely used in all aspects of our lives and work,and companies are also facing new challenges.In this context,a new financial operation management model—financial sharing service emerged.The financial sharing service is mainly based on modern information technology to realize the processing of financial affairs and economic business of the company.At present,financial sharing services are widely used in many large multinational companies and European and American developed countries and have achieved good results.With the "Belt and Road" strategy advancing,more and more domestic companies have gone abroad,financial institutions have become increasingly large,and management costs have increased.The transformation and upgrading of China’s corporate financial management model is imminent.This article mainly uses the actual case analysis method to conduct in-depth research on the development of domestic enterprises’ financial sharing service model.First of all,it conducts relevant research on the background,concepts and functions of the financial sharing service model,introduces the development process and advantages of the financial sharing service model at home and abroad,and determines the main research contents,research ideas and overall framework of this paper.Secondly,under certain theoretical basis,the company introduced specific cases,introduced and analyzed the basic overview of HR Group,explained the background and development history of HR Group’s implementation of financial sharing services,and introduced the organizational structure of HR Group’s financial sharing.Based on this,it analyzes the HR Group’s financial sharing services,summarizes the characteristics,effectiveness,and deficiencies of the HR Group’s financial sharing model,and proposes corresponding suggestions for its deficiencies.Finally,through the research on the HR Group’s financial sharing services,this paper summarizes and analyzes the development trend of the implementation of financial service models by large-scale groups in China.This paper analyzes and studies the mode of financial sharing service in Chinese enterprises through the combination of theory and cases.It is hoped that this will play a guiding role in the reform of the financial management model in the future.
