In recent years,the rapid development of China's high-rise buildings,high-rise buildings and the most widely used building materials is concrete.To improve the performance of concrete and to improve the strength of concrete,it is an important research direction for the development of construction in the future.The advantages of high strength concrete has high compressive strength,strong resistance to deformation,high density,low porosity,can be widely used in large public buildings,for general civil construction,such as high-rise residential,because the cost of production is relatively high,software and hardware technology Co.,has been limited to the use of C60 and below the level of concrete,but with the progress of science and technology,construction technology,program upgrading and building structure,calculation accuracy,high strength concrete used in high-rise building is also common worthy of promotion,the Zhongshan city high square T3 tower(44floors),building height of 148.1m,at the bottom of the nine layer frame structure for commercial,ten above is the shear wall structure housing,the ninth layer is the conversion layer in the original design scheme for the bottom column and shear wall top concrete strength grade of C 60,after raising it to C100,it studies its feasibility and compares the economy and comfort of the original design.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1,Search for high-rise buildings with high strength concrete structures at home and abroad,analyze their application background,and the difficulties and solutions in their application.2,The YJK building structure design software development of Beijing Ying software limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as the "YJK software")using C100 to optimize the design of the concrete structure,the structure meets the serviceability limit state and limit state of bearing capacity,and meet the performance target of building seismic performance objectives and standards.The structure specified in the fortification intensity earthquake fortification intensity and above earthquakes meet the seismic design of buildings in the picture,according to the results,we can clearly see that some of the performance index of the structure.3,YJK software is used to make statistics on the original design of concrete dosage and reinforcement consumption,and the section size of the original frame column,frame beam and shear wall is statistically analyzed.Comparing the optimized structure and original design,including the amount of concrete,reinforcement ratio,section size,comparing the results of data show that the optimized structure both in the amount of material,or in the aspects of building space optimization,are better than the original design is better,and has the deformation capacity and good seismic performance by optimizing the structure of high-rise buildings,the design of high-strength concrete materials,the overall achieved the desired effect.4.The durability of high strength concrete and some existing problems as well as the direction and application prospect of the future progress are discussed.
