Mechanical seal plays an important role in industrial production.Bellows and seals are the most important parts in mechanical seals.Their quality has a direct impact on the performance of mechanical seals.A welded bellows is a tubular shell with corrugation.In practical application,it is mainly used for parts connection,axial compensation,medium seal isolation,vibration absorption and so on.An important feature of bellows is the effect of lateral and axial compensation,which is relatively small in stiffness and axial stiffness,and plays a particularly important role in the field of mechanical seals.The sealing pair is mainly composed of a moving ring and a moving ring.In the actual working environment,they are attached to each other,forming a thin oil film in the middle,which prevents the medium exchange inside and outside the equipment.The good or bad of the mechanical seal directly affects the normal use of the equipment.According to the mechanical seal and sealing bellows in the practical application,ELASTICITY-LOSS failure phenomenon,the corrugated pipe and the static ring as the research object,establish the three-dimensional model,the application of static thermodynamic theory and finite element method on the analysis and Research on the performance of mechanical seal bellows.The diaphragm and corrugated different forces and the effect of temperature on the stress distribution,compression,variation of thermal deformation and stiffness of the relationship and influence;and the static ring on contact stress distribution situation,under the action of temperature sealing temperature,heat flux,thermal stress distribution.The results show that the effect of high temperature and large external force has a great influence on the life of mechanical seal.The research results in this paper provide data and theoretical basis for optimal design of mechanical seals,selection of sealing materials,prediction and analysis of life and selection and maintenance of mechanical seal models.
