Engine is the only power source of the refrigerator during refrigerator car halfway and night parking and have to drive the refrigerator in idling mode,which makes the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions increase greatly and the engine in unfavourable operating conditions.To solve this problem,the paper proposes a photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system of the refrigerator car.The theoretical research of photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system is studied.The paper proposes the photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system of the refrigerator car and gives the system evaluation index of cooling and economic performance.Mathematical model of photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system is established and a matching calculation method of main system components is discussed.The prototype of the photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system is designed,and the components of the system are matched and selected.According to matching and selection of photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system,a prototype is built and experimental research is carried out.The test results show that the photovoltaic energy storage system can drive electric compressor successfully.Cumulative working time is more than 10.83 h and fuel saving is 0.22L/h.Both mechanical compressor and electric compressor can be reduced from ambient temperature to specified temperature in a short time and keep temperature stable.It compares the experimental and simulated data to verify the correctness of the mathematical model of the system,which can be applied to the subsequent optimization design.The model of photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system is built in Matlab and parameters are set.The influence of solar radiation intensity,solar cell temperature and maximum power tracking control on the output characteristics of solar panels is simulated and analyzed.Simulation analysis of vehicle speed,compressor gas transmission,evaporator and condenser heat transfer area on the performance of the refrigeration system is carried out.The results show that vehicle speed has little influence on the cooling rate and temperature stability of refrigeration system,but compressor gas transmission,evaporator and condenser heat transfer area have a great influence on the performance of the refrigeration system.In order to achieve the goal of more energy saving and economic growth of the system,the refrigeration efficiency and economic coefficient are put forward as the evaluation index of the photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system of refrigerator car.The two evaluation indexes were unified as the objective function.Based on chaotic ant colony algorithm,the photovoltaic energy storage hybrid refrigeration system of the refrigerator car is optimized.The comparison between optimized results and original results shows that refrigeration efficiency is reduced from 0.838 to 0.402 and economic coefficient is increased from 0.464 to 0.840.
