In the field of aerospace,the application of MBD(Model Based Definition)to realize the integration definition of product design and manufacturing information is the current development trend and research hotspot.However,the information contained in the current MBD data set is focused on GT&D(Geometric Tolerance And Size)and PMI(Product Manufacturing Information).Deformation,machining deviation,stress distribution and other multi-scale information in the manufacturing process,which have not been well studied at present.In this paper,a multi-scale information model based on MBD is proposed for the manufacturing process of spaceflight thin-walled parts.It is oriented to the whole life cycle of the product,takes the 3D model as the main body,and integrates the knowledge graph to realize the information integration of the whole process.A prototype system is developed to realize the multi-scale model visualization.The main research work is as follows:(1)The existing MBD data set elements are studied.The ontology modeling theory and its application status are analyzed.The multi-scale ontology model based on MBD is proposed.The mathematical models of the macro,mesoscopic and micro scale of space thin-walled parts are defined respectively,and the structure description of the ontology is completed by the protégé modeling tool.(2)On the basis of the ontology model,the MBD knowledge graph of spaceflight thin-walled parts is constructed.The relationship between entities and the definition of entity attribute information are completed in the knowledge semantic network.The OMM(Object Memory Model)model is used as the information storage model to realize the whole life cycle knowledge graph construction of the space thin-walled parts;(3)A multi-scale information model visualization application platform for aerospace thin-walled parts is built through object-oriented integrated development environment.Taking the case of a missile rudder cabin as an example,the solid feature reconstruction based on STEP is completed,and the multi-scale information visualization is realized in the user interface.The research results guide the executor to complete the processing task in high quality and efficiency.
