Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the information age,vehicles have gradually evolved from manned technology to unmanned technology.Advanced Driver Assistance Sysems(ADAS)is considered to be an important step in the transition from manned technology to unmanned technology.In order to ensure the correctness of ADAS and the reliability of the vehicle’s active safety,testing and evaluation of ADAS is particularly important.Test of scenario design and function points has always been the focus and difficulty of research in ADAS testing.In order to solve these key points and difficulties,the hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)system is designed,which could provide ADAS with a virtual operating environment and conduct a comprehensive system testing of ADAS.This method improves ADAS development efficiency,reduces development costs,improves the design quality of ADAS software,and reduces the risk of vehicle recall.This study was conducted with the support of the China Automotive Technology and Research Center.The specific research includes the following aspects:1)Analysis of relevant technical data and standards for advanced driver assistance system testing.The technical principle of hardware-in-the-loop testing was elaborated,and the overall scheme of ADAS testing process and hardware-in-the-loop testing was designed.2)ADAS testing scenarios is researched,the driving behaviors and test scenarios are collected and collated,and the factors that have higher impact on advanced driver assistance systems are analyzed.In addition,a test scenario setup process is designed.The databases of test scenario for advanced driver assistance systems hardware-in-the-loop testing is built conbining typical operating conditions.3)The test case generation method is studied and a reasonable set of test case generation method based on activity diagram is proposed.A series of processing of the function specification of the ADAS is performed to generate a test case according to the analysis method of the activity diagram.4)The hardware-in-the-loop test method is studied.Based on the basic principle of HIL test,an efficient ADAS simulation test platform is developed with ADAS as the research object.The test platform takes the dSPACE simulation board as the core to build the hardware platform.Based on the dSPACE business model,the secondary development of the software is conducted to build the software platform,realizing hardware-in-the-loop testing of ADAS.Applying the above research contents,the advanced driving assistance system of a vehicle is tested.The test results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the system and its specific methods.At the end of this paper,the advantages and disadvantages in the test are summarized,and the prospects for further research are presented at the same time.
