| With the rapid development of social economy,the urbanization process has developed rapidly and the urban population has risen sharply.There are more and more high-rise,super high-rise buildings,all kinds of deep foundation(especially Pile Foundation)have been widely used in engineering construction,and concrete pipe pile is used in more and more civil engineering because of its unique advantages such as low cost,quick construction,guarantee of construction quality and strong applicability.Because of the high degree of concealment of pile construction,there are many factors affecting the quality of pile foundation,so the construction quality of pile has many uncertain factors.Therefore,it is important to ensure the quality and safety of the whole Pile Foundation project to strengthen the quality control and inspection after construction.The case method and fitting method of high strain detection are commonly used in practice to judge the integrality of piles and determine the bearing capacity of piles.However,it is concluded that the test method can also get the end resistance and the side friction of the pile while determining the bearing capacity,and then determine the bearing type and the character of the pile.The bearing types and characters of pile are related to the design of pile Foundation,construction technology,pile making technology and so on.Therefore,the method can provide theoretical support and reference for scientific and reasonable improvement and improvement of design and process.The geological body is complex and changeable,and it can play an active role in the development of the technology in the field of geotechnical engineering based on the extensive use of high strain case method and the construction of the pile bearing type and character data.In this paper,a "pile-soil Mechanics model" is established by using the case method of Tianjin and the original data of the fitting and high strain test,using the transmission mechanism of pile-soil bearing capacity and the basic assumption of high strain.By analyzing the characteristic of the test curve,this paper probes into the problem of choosing the damping coefficient of case method,sums up the law of the performance of the side resistance and side resistance in the pile and soil,and determines the bearing type and the character of the pile by determining the side resistance,the end resistance and the bearing capacity.Then through the contrastive study and error analysis of the dynamic and static load tests,it is believed that the case method and the fitting method for detecting the side resistance and the end resistance of the piles are effective methods for classifying the piles.According to the actual situation of the site,the bearing behavior of prestressed tubular pile in the site is divided into three types: friction pile,end bearing friction pile and friction end bearing pile. |
