With the rapid development of China's economy,the offshore resources have been developed,and the exploitation and utilization of deep sea resources is imminent.However,the development of deep-sea oil and gas resources and island wharf is greatly affected by the marine environment.It is necessary to provide cover for Marine structures in the development area.As fixed breakwaters cost more materials,higher costs and long construction cycles,it has become difficult to adapt to the existing marine environment.The traditional floating breakwater has limited dissipation of long period wave,and the durability and safety of the floating breakwater are poor,which limits its practical engineering application.Therefore,it is very important to find a floating breakwater with good wave absorbing performance,reasonable structure and reliable safety performance.In this paper,a new flexible floating breakwater structure is presented,which is also known as a layered flexible floating breakwater.Through three-dimensional tank regular wave test of physical model,system studied the relative width of flexible floating breakwater,wave steepness and the upper floating plate,wave diffraction on the transmission coefficient of flexible floating breakwater,reflection coefficient,diffraction characteristics and the motion response of flexible floating breakwater and the impact of anchor mooring force.In the three dimensional pool experiment,the influence of various factors on transmission coefficient,reflection coefficient,wave diffraction coefficient,motion response(sway,heave and roll)and mooring force of anchor chain are mainly analyzed.The experiment shows that under the condition of three dimensional water,the new layer of flexible floating embankment can effectively solve the problem of the safety and the poor cover of long period wave.When the relative width is about W/L=0.3,the wave dissipation effect of flexible floating breakwater tends to be stable.At the same time,the variation law of sway motion,heave motion and roll motion with the change of influence factors are studied.Experiments show that the flexible floating breakwater damping structure under the condition of three-dimensional wave has a more stable motion response,but wave diffraction has obvious influence on dam head embankment tail,motor response value is greater than the body,and the floating plate has a very positive role inhibition motion response.The mooring force of the mooring line of the new layered flexible floating breakwater from the surfacing and backwashing,which is greatly affected by the change of each influencing factor.The test results show that the mooring force of flexible floating breakwater varies greatly in different wave heights and wave periods,and the floating plate has a significant effect on the mooring force of the new flexible floating anchor chain,and the increase of floating plate is not conducive to the safety and stability of the flexible floating breakwater mooring system.
