| With the continuous extension of the influence of the "Belt and Road",the bridge has gradually become the link connecting the world.China is renewing the record of the bridge construction in the world almost every year.Furthermore,the bridge is also becoming a new business card that China has shown to the world.It’s universally acknowledged that the normal operation of human life is increasingly dependent on long-span bridges.With the increase in the span of cable-stayed bridges,the strength,length,and quality of cables are directly related to the safety of cable-stayed bridges.The safety and the issues of preventing the risk in the course of the operation period have gradually been concerned by the society.There is less study about risk analysis on the cable-stayed system of cablestayed bridge in China.With facing the increasing cable-stayed bridge accidents and social and economic losses,it’s extremely urgent that perfection of the identification of risk sources and risk analysis of cable stayed bridge cable system.Based on the existing research results,this paper combines the experience of the risk assessment on cable-stayed bridge cable systems,summarizes the risk assessment framework of the cable system,and conducts risk analysis and assessment method research.The main work is as follows:(1)Researched the domestic and foreign research results of risk assessment of cable-stayed bridge cable systems,meanwhile,combined with the summary of risk and response experience of the operating period of cable-stayed cable stayed bridge systems,besides,summarized the steps of risk analysis of cable-stayed bridge cable systems and proposed measures to clear the main content of research.(2)Based on the research methods of traditional FMEA at home and abroad,combined with the principles of fuzzy mathematics,an improved FMEA risk analysis method is proposed.The risk source of the cable-stayed bridge cable system is identified through pre-identification,and the objective reality is presented using fuzzy theory.The fuzzy objects are quantitatively analyzed to obtain the degree of influence of all risks that existing potential on the target cable system.Finally,all risk factors are ranked according to the degree of influence,the risk factors that need to be focused are determined,and the research results are effectively identified the major potential risks of the cable system.Simultaneously,effectively complete the quantitative analysis and sequencing of the uncertain risks of the cable-stayed bridge cable system objectively,so as to obtain a more clear and accurate data results.(3)Through the collection of the data form risk accident,technical personnel obtain risk accidents caused by different risk factors through investigations and visits by experts,etc.,which can obtain risk accidents caused by different risk factors,and the losing situations and follow-up measures.The accident of tree method and the analytic hierarchy process are proposed.The risk source identification method lays the foundation for the identification of the risk source of the stay cable system.(4)Finally,based on the easy language to programming,with the improved FMEA method as the core algorithm,which can perform the risk analysis and evaluation of the cable-stayed bridge cable system.The conclusion is consistent with the situation in the real bridge.At the same time,there is no big difference between the ranking of other potential risks.To verify the rationality and feasibility of the research method and content of this article from the side. |
