The purpose of maintenance decision is to guide the actual maintenance work and provide theoretical support for ensuring the normal and reliable operation of the system.In the engineering field,with the increasing complexity of modern production systems,the requirements for the safety and reliability of the system are increasing,and the corresponding maintenance costs are increasing.For enterprises,maintenance is not only one of the main ways to reduce production cost,but not only to carry out production activities economically,safely and sustainably,and to improve production efficiency and production quality.Therefore,it has become a hot spot in the field of maintenance to consider the actual maintenance factors more.In this paper,the modeling and optimization of multi component system maintenance decision making and Optimization Based on the opportunity maintenance based on the condition of imperfect maintenance is studied.The main work is as follows:(1)modeling of joint deterioration state space partitioning for multicomponent systems considering imperfect maintenance effect.Firstly,the deterioration characteristics of the multi-component system are described,and the opportunity maintenance strategy which considers the imperfect maintenance is formulated.Considering the problems of enumerating the low efficiency and error of the model and the difficulty of solving the high dimensional model,the classification model of the deterioration state space is established by using the deterioration state space division method,and the joint deterioration is given.The corresponding relation between the partition of state space and the combination of maintenance needs is summarized,and the corresponding general expression of probability expression for maintenance demand combination is summarized.(2)the definition and numerical solution of the steady-state probability density function for deteriorating state of multi-component systems considering imperfect maintenance effect.After making the maintenance strategy of the system,the steady state probability density function of the joint deterioration state of the multi component system is derived by using the semi renewal theory,and the corresponding numerical solution is given.(3)research on maintenance decision optimization model of multicomponent system considering imperfect maintenance effect.Considering the maintenance cost parameters of the system,the long-term cost rate model based on the semi update theory is established on the basis of the joint deterioration state space division model of the system.Then,the genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal detection cycle and the maintenance threshold of the system.The model is verified by the MATLAB numerical experiment.Correctness and effectiveness.Finally,the influence of maintenance cost on the model is analyzed through an example of wind turbine.
