Hydraulic excavator is a kind of important engineering machine with high energy consumption and emission characteristics.Excavators energy saving technology has the obvious effect in reducing emissions and environmental pollution,so the research on energy saving of hydraulic excavator has very important significance.Rotary movement is the most frequent in the working process of hydraulic excavator,so the excavator slewing energy-saving technology is of great significance for improving excavator machine energy saving.The energy loss of the rotary system of excavator has two main aspects: kinetic energy loss and overload overflow loss.Combining excavator slewing hydraulic system and electric drive technology,this paper puts forward a kind of independent closed slewing hydraulic system which driven by motor.The main research content:1.This paper summarizes the current research status of the excavator energy saving technology and analyzes the motion law of the slewing system.This paper put forward a new type of slewing system,and design the system according to the parameters of PC200-6 which produce by Komatsu.2.According to the laws of the excavator rotary motion,this paper proposed time optimal control strategy of the rotary system.It mainly includes the control strategy and regenerative braking control strategy of the DC motor.3.This paper compares the energy consumption of the rotary system of the traditional excavator and the new rotary system.To establish the mathematical model of the system and do the MATLAB/simulink-simulation experiment of the rotary system.The results show that,compared with the traditional excavator system,the working process of the new rotary system with full bucket rotation and the return of the empty bucket has a certain energy saving effect.This study provides some theoretical support for the technical form of the motor-comstant pump driving excavator slewing hydraulic system,and provides new ideas and new methods for the green design and transformation of excavators.
