Electric fire is the primary cause of fire in our country.After long time operation of electrical equipment and lines,the phenomena of insulation skin aging,insulation breakdown and bad contact will trigger arc fault,which is the hidden danger of electric fire.Low voltage electrical arc fault is a common and frequent electrical phenomenon,and it is the main cause of electrical fire.The occurrence and detection of arc fault is the key premise of preventing electric fire caused by arc fault.It is also the requirement of the “Study on detection platform of electric fire starting source eliminating device" by the Sichuan fire station of the Ministry of public security.In view of the current domestic arc fault diagnosis test type is single,and the arc generator is unable to automate and standardize the current situation,relying on the requirements of the Sichuan fire station of the Ministry of public security for multi-function arc fault generator,based on the standard of UL1699 and the national standard of GB 14287.4-2014(arc fault detector),the step is based on the step.The electric motor and the electric guide design,the Labview upper computer and the STM32 lower machine constitute the control unit,and use the open loop control method to realize the precise control of the gap between the electrode rod,and produce three kinds of standard arc with series arc fault,parallel arc fault and ground arc fault,and the clearance control precision can reach 0.1mm.The invention patent is adopted by the Sichuan fire station of the Ministry of public security,an experimental device for interphase high impedance discharge arc and fire hazard,which has completed the development of a high impedance arc fault generator in the gear transmission structure.The paper uses ETA5403 high frequency sampling sensor and USB5936 data acquisition card to solve the difficulty of transient,high distortion and strong current acquisition of arc fault current,and processing data through data acquisition(DAQ)center.The PC realizes four kinds of voltage,current,power and energy waveform of the arc fault in real time,and has many extended functions,such as storing the waveform data,storing data,trend map,reading history data,carrying external data and so on.A touch screen display system with human-computer interaction is developed based on STM32.It can synchronize the waveform of voltage,current and power in the arc fault experiment with the upper computer so as to facilitate the user to observe.Finally,the multi-function low voltage electrical arc fault generator is completed for the public security needs.The insulation performance of the device box and the panel meets the design standard.The detection device has been accepted and delivered through the Sichuan fire station of the Ministry of public security.The detection device designed in this paper is significant for diagnosing and preventing electric fires.
