Reducing torque ripple is an important aspect of BLDC structural design and control research besides the wide range of speed,fast speed response and large output torque.Torque ripple not only affects the smoothness of its work and noise,but also reduces its reliability and efficiency.This dissertation aims at a new type of dual-stator BLDC for vehicle,uses vector control method,discusses control methods for reducing and suppressing torque ripple,develops motor-driven control software.The main research content is as follows:(1)Study and analyze the structure and control principle of BLDC for vehicle and analyze the cause of torque ripple of BLDC.Use the special stator structure of double stator to reduce torque ripple and carry out simulation analysis.Simulation results verify that the double stator structure can suppress torque fluctuations.(2)Study further the principle of vector control of double-stator BLDC and inverter SVPWM based on the structure of double-stator BLDC.Propose a vector control method to further reduce torque ripple and establish a process for vector control of dual stator BLDC and carry out simulation analysis.Simulation results verify the correctness of the vector control flow and provide guidance for software program.(3)Select a high-performance 32-bit controller chip DSPTMS320F28335.Perform the hardware design of the vector control system of the dual stator BLDC,including the power conversion circuit,Inverter circuit,permanent magnet rotor position detection circuit,three-phase current acquisition circuit,protection circuit,etc.Make a new type of dual stator BLDC drive controller prototype for electric driving.(4)According to the principle and method of vector control of BLDC and combining with the analysis results of dual stator structure and torque ripple suppression,develop a new type of dual stator BLDC drive control software for electric drive,including position detection,PI parameter determination,interruption,protection,etc.and debug software.(5)Set up a dual-stator BLDC test bench and the feasibility and effect of hardware and software design were preliminarily verified through experiments and data analysis.
