Construction Planning Method And Case Study Of Mountain Stream River System In Southwest China

River is the birthplace of human civilization,closely related to human reproduction,and can provide a variety of service functions,but now many rivers are suffered damage from a certain for the city’s development.Many cities are faced with the problem of water pollution and water quality deterioration.In the past,the river governance is often only involved in a single aspect,the river is not planned and built,and the river governance is not only a separate subject,but the water system construction has a multi specialty type,which covers all aspects of water,municipal,water supply and drainage,landscape,operation and maintenance,and so on.Coordination and cooperation between the parties.Because the river basin of mountain stream is small,the regional cultural characteristics are obvious,the water quality and water fluctuation are great,the water source is limited or the water transfer path is long around the river basin.The distribution of land use in the river basin has a great influence on the river water quality through the rainfall runoff,and a set of suitable water system should be found according to its own characteristics and functions.Construction plan.Based on the analysis of relevant literatures on river regulation and mountain stream in China and abroad,this paper has studied the urban mountain river.Firstly,the short board of current river management in China is combed.Then,the characteristics and functions of urban mountain stream river are summarized,and then the management mode of urban mountain stream river is put forward,and on this basis,a set of planning and design process suitable for urban mountain stream planning is put forward,and each step is studied.Finally,the treatment of Xixi gully in Bazhong economic development area is taken as an example to research and apply.The main research achievement of the paper are as follows:1)From the three aspects of the development process,current situation and related cases of river management at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and reviews the development of river management.on this basis,this paper draws a conclusion that the river governance is weak in function utilization,water ecosystem construction,sustainable construction,mountain stream management related research,and the application of small river basin model.The construction of urban waterfront and water culture has become a bright spot in the current situation of river governance.2)On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents,the related concepts,characteristics and functions of the City mountain stream are studied.It is concluded that the urban mountain stream river has four characteristics in hydrology,river form,natural landscape and regional culture,of which the seasonal characteristics of hydrological characteristics are more significant;The excavation of urban river’s function has two aspects: natural function and social function.3)According to the proposed management concept suitable for mountain stream River,a set of flow of planning and design scheme for the urban mountain stream water system management based on the integrated management planning and design model based on water safety,water ecology,water environment,water landscape,water culture and water sustainable six in one integrated planning and design model is studied.And then the river management planning and design measures are studied and analyzed.4)A hydrodynamic water quality model of mountain stream is established to study the expected effect of river construction management plan.According to the "six in one" construction model,the evaluation index system of river management planning in mountain stream is put forward,and the evaluation grade is divided by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the design scheme is quantified.According to the model simulation results and the rationality evaluation results,the scheme is compared,and on this basis,it is judged whether it needs to improve the sub design scheme under the six-in-one building model.5)Taking the comprehensive treatment of Xixi ditch in Bazhong economic development area as an example,the construction mode and design process proposed in this paper are applied to it.The project puts forward two sets of river water system planning and management scheme,and uses the EFDC model and the evaluation index system to choose the scheme.The total score of the final project evaluation is 8.012 and the overall design is reasonable.
