Compound-Structure Induction Machine(CSIM),as a new type of electric transmission,can obtain more energy conversion methods,which is very suitable for application in hybrid electric vehicles(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,HEV).For example,in the occasions where the electromechanical energy conversion is required for wind power generation,underwater propulsion,etc.,the speed ratio between equipments is changed,and the mutual conversion of electromechanical energy is realized.Therefore,the research on this new type of motor has gradually become a hot spot for current research,especially in the car showed a great application prospects.Firstly,the electromagnetic coupling mechanism of composite structure induction motor is studied in this paper.The equivalent magnetic circuit model of composite structure induction motor with magnetic isolation ring structure and non-magnetic isolation ring structure is established respectively,and the electromagnetic coupling degree and internal and external motor are established.The mathematical relationship between the external excitation source and the electromagnetic parameters of the motor.A finite element simulation model of two kinds of structural composite structure induction motors was established.The distribution law of the magnetic field inside the two structure motors was analyzed.The electromagnetic decoupling design scheme was proposed by comparing the equivalent magnetic circuit models.Next,the hybrid vehicle based on the composite structure induction machine is analyzed in various operating modes and the energy flow law under different working modes,and a hybrid vehicle simulation model based on the composite structure induction motor is established.Based on the ADVISOR software,the powertrains in hybrid vehicles based on composite structure induction motors are simulated and modeled respectively.The efficiency parameters of each powertrain are considered in the modeling process,which lays the foundation for subsequent energy management strategy research.The problem of parameter matching in hybrid vehicles based on composite structure induction motor is studied.Based on the establishment of vehicle dynamics model,the dynamic coupling relationship of hybrid vehicle based on composite structure induction machine is studied and the hybrid based on composite structure induction machine is optimized.The hybrid degree of the power car,analysis of hybrid vehicle design requirements and power transmission system parameter matching theory,and the simulation of a hybrid vehicle simulation model based on ADVISOR software were performed to obtain parameter matching data.Finally,based on the module control strategy,the energy management strategy based on the vehicle fuzzy controller is designed to optimize the engine operating point and braking force recovery.By deriving the expression of the equivalent fuel consumption of the hybrid system through analysis,the strategy of the torque output distribution of the engine and the motor is obtained through the ECMS optimization control strategy,and the ECMS optimization management strategy is verified on the simulation platform.
