The thermal management of hypersonic vehicles and their engines has become a key issue in the research and development of aircraft and engines.Cooling of the vehicle becomes more and more important because the aerodynamic heat load with the flight of Maher number increase sharply increased so that the engine of local temperature up to 4950 K,which is far more than the limits of the available materials.Regenerative active cooling is one of the effective methods in the present cooling scheme.Isobaric specific heat as the important thermophysical parameters is essential to implementation of internal rules based regeneration cooling needs to reveal fuel flow and heat,which is necessary data to calculate other physical parameters and has a certain reference value for improving the performance and design of kerosene endothermic cooling.A calorimeter based on energy conservation theory was constructed for on-line measurement of the isobaric specific heat capacity of emulsified kerosene at temperatures covering from 301 to 900 K and pressures up to 10 MPa.The standard uncertainty is identified as 2.42% to 4.2%.The deionized water,octane and the binary mixtures of n-octane and n-heptane with a mass ratio of 1:1 were measured for the calibration of the measurement system.The isobaric specific heat capacity of emulsified kerosene with water content fraction of 10%?20% ?30% and 50% were measured at the temperatures from 301 to 880 K and the pressure of 3MPa?4MPa and 5MPa.The experimental results with RP-3 kerosene hydrocarbon fuel,EHF-01,pure water isobaric specific heat were compared,and draw their under different working conditions of the heat capacity curve,and analyzed the change characteristics of different water content of emulsified kerosene specific heat with temperature and pressure and water content,pressure and temperature on emulsified kerosene the ratio of heat capacity at constant pressure.The construction of the system creates conditions for further study of the emulsified hydrocarbon fuel than the constant pressure heat capacity.
