With the development of science and technology,the traditional way of measurement has been unable to meet the needs of people's life and production.Laser triangulation based on line structured light can achieve non-contact measurement,the measuring device has the characteristics of simple structure,small volume,high accuracy and fast data processing speed,it's widely used in quality detection,reverse engineering,plastic surgery,digital cultural relics,military and design and manufacturing fields.The 3D measurement system based on line structured light is very important for promoting high quality and high efficiency production measurement.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Research on 3D measurement system based on line structured light.The principle of non-contact triangulation is taken as the basis for building the system,the overall composition and working principle of the system are studied,the main hardware of the system is designed,and through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of direct laser triangulation in laser triangulation and oblique laser triangulation,finally,the direct laser triangulation method is chosen as the measurement principle of the system.2)Establishment of camera spatial model and research of calibration method.Through the establishment of spatial geometric model of camera,research on existing camera calibration methods,a new calibration method based on wedge oblique point is proposed,the calibration platform is built by combining Open CV image processing function library with MATLAB software,the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments.3)Research on image preprocessing method.Image preprocessing is mainly done by image clipping,image filtering and threshold segmentation for Improving the quality of images,suppressing the interference information in the image,enhancement of useful gray level information in the image.through comparing the processing effect of various filtering methodsd,in this paper,median filtering is applied to image filtering.4)Research on the algorithm of optical center stripe extraction in line structure.This paper mainly studies three kinds of light stripe center extraction algorithm,it is based on the threshold method,the maximum value method and the gray center of gravity method,and the effect of the three extraction algorithms is analyzed through experiments.The experimental results show that: Based on gray gravity center extraction algorithm,the extraction accuracy is higher and the effect is better,it is suitable as the optical strip center extraction algorithm of this system.5)Construction of 3D measurement system platform based on line structured light.in this paper,VS2013 software is used as a development platform,using C++ language,parallel programming through CUDA,setting up a system software platform under Windows7 operating system.Through the design of experimental scheme,using the mouse as the experimental object,acquiring mouse point cloud data under the platform of 3D measurement system,realization of three dimensional measurement of mouse,The feasibility and effectiveness of the measurement system are verified.
