The robot vision guidance system uses image processing technology to identify and describe environmental information,so that the robot has the ability to perceive environmental information.It can realize intelligent production lines,effectively increase the reliability and safety of production,and reduce labor costs.It’s one of the competitive means for enterprises to obtain higher profits from fierce competition.Therefore,it’s important to apply the robot vision guidance system to industrial production.In this paper,the application of robot vision guidance system in the assembly of air-conditioning compressors is the main line,focusing on the establishment of the robot vision guidance system platform,robot motion control algorithm,air-conditioning compressor identification and positioning algorithm,hand-eye calibration algorithm,and software architecture and implementation.In-depth analysis and research.The research content of this paper is arranged as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the study are expounded.Combining the research status at home and abroad,it is proposed that “machine substitution” has important significance for improving the production competitiveness of a company,an area,and even a country.In addition,the innovative points,overall framework,and source of the topic are introduced.Secondly,the corresponding visual guidance platform was built for the assembly process of air-conditioning compressor,and its various links and hardware were discussed in detail.At the same time,the robot was calibrated according to the structural characteristics of the robot,so that the robot’s execution end was in Cartesian coordinates.Has a clear coordinate value.Thirdly,the image processing algorithm and hand-eye calibration algorithm are introduced.The image processing algorithm identifies the spot coordinates of the air conditioning compressor in the image.Hand-eye calibration algorithm with the rotation of the camera calibration and pose estimation for translation matrix transform in the image point coordinate values for the coordinates of the manipulator system,leading to a precise mobile robot.Then the image processing algorithm and hand eye calibration algorithm of robot vision guidance system are introduced.The image processing algorithm identifies the point coordinates of the air conditioning compressor in the image,and the hand eye calibration algorithm converts the point coordinates in the image to the coordinate value of the manipulator by the rotation translation parameters obtained by the camera calibration and the position estimation,thus guiding the robot to move accurately.Finally,the current research work is comprehensively analyzed based on experimental data and experimental environment.The problems to be solved in this paper are also put forward,and the role of robot vision guidance system in intelligent manufacturing is prospected.
