Along with the development of the power system,wind power grid capacity increasing,in reducing environment pollution and improve the system of economy at the same time,the randomness and intermittent operation,and to give mass to the safe operation of power system by the grid scheduling challenges,using battery energy storage mass rapid response to the working characteristic of the charge and discharge of the wind the joint storage system,effectively alleviate the uncontrollability of wind power,help to power grid operation,including the wind storage integration will be the future a new development direction and trend of wind power.On the other hand,from the perspective of risk,the system need to bear the uncertainty of wind power and energy storage at the same time,ensure the safe and stable operation of the system at the same time improve the system efficiency is the basic requirement of power grid dispatching.Because the wind storage integration of power station and the traditional wind difference in the operation mode of joint storage system,the traditional risk analysis and modeling will no longer use,so consider the wind storage integration risk factors and reliability optimization scheduling research has very important significance.First of all,different from the traditional wind joint storage system,storage integration of wind energy storage system,dispatching center scheduling,its different operation mode only to improve the wind power station wind given ability,and solve the wind randomness.On this basis,this article on the basis of power system operation risk theory,the integration of the operation of the electricity and energy storage power station stroke risk and reliability analysis and modeling,including the distribution characteristics of wind power,fan failure,failure energy storage failure,failure energy storage characteristics of long period running,etc.,considering the risk severity for abandon the wind or the uncertainty caused by the system load.Secondly,this paper established the overall risk of wind power station wind storage integration scheduling model,with system operating costs,risks,at least the minimum and the highest utilization rate of wind power as the goal,set up including wind integration storage power station power system multi-objective scheduling model risk.Are applied to solve the model using the original dual interior point,and use the conditional value at risk to deal with wind power uncertainty,using coagulation function to deal with the nonlinear objective function.The example with 6 unit system as an example,analyzed from various angles,including considering risk or not contrast,traditional store joint and wind store wind integration risk dispatching contrast,different storage strategy and operation mode and different proportion of cost and risk of scheduling results.Finally,a province of northeast China power grid operation data to validate the proposed model.Results show that the proposed considering wind store the multi-objective scheduling model of integration operation risks,can reduce the system risk at the same time,improve the utilization rate of wind power and the running economy,verify the practicability and validity of the model.
