As the growing demand for the multi-function and super power of fighter,modern aircraft will face the grim problem of energy management.The increase of flight Mach number,the use of composite materials,the application of directed energy weapons,the effective reduction of heat sink,and these aspects will be involved in energy management.In order to solve this problem,the United States and other developed countries have put forward the concept of comprehensive management of vehicle energy,and vigorously carry out the related research,the preliminary results are now applied to the advanced fighter.At present,there are many researches on the comprehensive thermal management system of aircraft in foreign countries,but there is little research in the field of comprehensive energy management,and the domestic research in this area is also in the initial stage.In this paper,we did the following research.(1)The aircraft energy system architecture have been built and systematic expatiation is done to the whole energy system.In addition,we study the main form of aircraft energy and clear the different kinds of energy in the process of the flight generation,transmission,distribution and consumption.Then the main energy equipment is modeled and simulated.(2)According to the characteristics of hypersonic aircraft flight,we construct a new type of aircraft integrated energy management system architecture,using the pneumatic heat that produce during the flight process to thermoelectric conversion.This can reduce the aircraft fuselage surface temperature at the same time provide part of electric power.In addition,the main equipment parameters of the system are matched and calculated,and data support is provided for simulation research.(3)The energy integrated management system is simplified.According to the actual situation of each part,AMESim is used to establish one-dimensional simulation model for each component,and the model is confirmed to be verified.Based on the statechart environment function,the order control of multi-fuel oil tank is realized.(4)The simulation research on the design point of the aircraft energy integrated management system is carried out,and the temperature fluctuation of the main parts under the design condition is analyzed.The temperature and oil temperature of the main components of the system were compared and simulated under different working conditions.(5)The dynamic simulation study of the whole flight process is carried out to analyze the main system parameters and determine whether the system design meets the design requirements.The influence of aerodynamic heating on the system is analyzed,and the power generation and feasibility of the system are determined.
