Arch bridge has many advantages,such as reasonable force,powerful capability to cross and beautiful appearance,which has been favored by bridge designers.In recent years,the span capacity of arch bridge has been increasing,and the construction technology has also raised higher requirements.The high or low construction precision directly affects the force and performance of the structure.The cantilever erection of the cable-stayed hook and hanging method refers to the use of the jack steel wire as the fastening system.The cable crane or the crawler crane is used as the hoisting traction equipment,and the cantilever assembly operation is carried out for the processed prefabricated components.It has many advantages,such as low requirement for construction site,strong adaptability,high construction efficiency,less application of mechanical equipment,low construction difficulty and saving construction cost.The construction method has a large number of applications in concrete arch bridge and steel box rib arch bridge,and there are a lot of practical experience for reference.At present,the arch bridge with this construction method develops towards a larger span and requires higher construction precision.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the factors that affect the lifting precision.Based on the actual project,the main contents are as follows:(1)This paper sums up the basic theory of the construction control of the cable-stayed hook and hanging method,sums up several common calculation methods of the cable force and cable force,and makes a comparative analysis on this basis,and provides a theoretical reference for the construction of the similar bridge with the cable-stayed hook and hanging method.(2)Taking Puwan Bridge as the engineering background,the construction parameters of the arch rib hoisting are determined,and the installation coordinates and construction cable force of the arch rib are calculated.(3)Several typical construction errors of arch bridge construction are discussed.Based on the background of Puwan Bridge,the sensitivity analysis of the bridge under typical errors is carried out.Through calculation and analysis,it is found that several typical construction errors have little influence on the constant load deflection of the bridge,and the elevation error has a certain influence on the bending moment,and the lateral deviation of the arch axis has a more obvious influence on the torque.(4)The influence of temperature,geometric nonlinear effect,welding deformation,buckle tower deviation,machining line shape of arch rib segment,construction cable force deviation and other factors on the installation precision of arch ribs are studied.The analysis results show that the segment installation is more sensitive to the temperature effect.The temperature difference of the system can not ignore the function of the buckle system.The temperature difference of the system has an obvious influence on the direction coordinates of the mileage.The temperature difference of the sun will bend the arch rib to the side of the backlight surface;the geometric nonlinear effect has little effect on the suspension fining of the bridge,and can be ignored;the common Bay Bridge is negligible.Between arch beam and wind bracing welding deformation will have influence on the transverse coordinate control of arch rib,For construction members with more transverse welds,we should not ignore the impact of welding deformation.The installation deviation of the buckle tower of Puwan bridge has little influence on the coordinates of the measuring points of the arch rib section.In construction,the influence of the installation deviation of the buckle tower on the installation accuracy of the arch rib can be neglected.In addition,the machining line shape,the construction cable force deviation,the calculation model error and the measurement error will have a certain influence on the lifting precision.According to the measured data,the calculation model is corrected to minimize the error.
