Since the concept of sustainable construction was put forward, some countries have already issued green construction related standards and norms in order to instruct green construction.Green construction compliance checking is an important task for relevant stakeholders, which requires the integration of various information from the green construction standard and building information modeling(BIM),resulting in a large amount of green construction compliance checking data, but the existing method of building information storage and retrieval cannot meet the requirements of green construction compliance checking. The traditional building compliance checking work is usually completed by manual inspection, which is lack of efficiency and may bring some errors,so related practitioners need an efficient and convenient method for green construction compliance checking urgently.Building construction practitioners have high requirements for data quality, integrity, and coordination.By improving the BIM construction data storage, errors can be reduced, construction costs can be minimized, delivery speed can be accelerated, efficiency and quality can be improved. Finally, the entire project implementation and operation can be greatly improved. With the advent of the information age,the combination of BIM technology and distributed cloud computing technology has become a trend of the traditional construction industry in the future. This paper establishes a BIM-based Elasticsearch and Nginx distributed load balancing cluster environment by integrating BIM and distributed cloud computing technology.and the Elasticsearch framework and graph database Neo4 j are used to implement cloud storage and retrieval of IFC data.In addition, this paper proposes an optimization scheme based on Bloom Filter algorithm for specific path retrieval, which provides a fast and efficient storage and retrieval method for large-scale BIM data.In addition, this paper summarizes the characteristics of green construction related standards in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and classifies the terms and conditions into four types.Considering the particularity of green construction standards and the limitations of existing compliance checking methods, the combination approach of mvdXML and semantic techniques is used to check green construction rules. This paper establishs the green construction concept model ontology, construction condition ontology and work item ontology, and use IfcDoc to expand the missing green construction related entities in IFC.Therefore, the proposed method can customize the parameters of each rule to comply with local regulations and standards.Once the rules structure is defined,it can be applied to multiple compliance checking projects to achieve the purpose of organizing, storing and reusing green construction knowledge. This paper establishes a green construction evaluation system based on BIM distributed cloud services in the Elasticsearch+Nginx distributed load balancing environment. The main work focuses are as follows:(1)Using Elasticsearch and Neo4 j graph database to optimize the data indexing model, and using full-text search technology to improve Data retrieval capabilities and efficiency, breakthrough bottlenecks, and ease of operation.(2)Proposing a Neo4 j database retrieval optimization programme based on BloomFilter algorithm to further improve the retrieval efficiency.(3)Integrating BIM,logic rules, ontology and semantic Web query language to solve the problem of green construction rule representation and green construction data fusion. This research can provide support for green construction evaluation.
