The Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Listed Construction Industry In Western Ethnic Areas Under The Background Of The Belt And Road

"The Belt and Road" which is a great national strategy implementation,must closely related huge infrastructure needs.But for the implementation of The Belt and Road strategy can break in China’s construction industry overcapacity,breakthrough due to the economic downturn brought the construction industry "bottleneck",has yet to be verified.This article mainly takes the 14 furniture listed companies in the western ethnic areas as the research object.Through studying the literature about financial performance evaluation of domestic and foreign superiors,after summarizing and sorting out,the related factors that need to be considered in company financial performance evaluation are analyzed.And through consulting the 2006-2017 annual Sina Financial annual report,we choose 14 dimensions of financial indicators,including debt paying ability,operation capacity,growth capacity and profitability,and make a single index evaluation from 14 aspects.Secondly,the factor analysis method in spss20 is used to construct the model,and the comprehensive financial performance of 14 listed construction companies in 2006-2017 years is evaluated.Through comparative analysis the influence of the "background The Belt and Road" under the strategy of construction industry in the western regions of China Listed Companies.Finally,the comprehensive financial performance combining with the construction industry in western ethnic areas listed company evaluation results,analysis of the simple reason,and put forward the development strategy of western minority areas construction industry The Belt and Road "under the ba ckground of the future.Combining the results of single index analysis and factor analysis of the comprehensive financial performance of 14 listed construction companies in the western minority areas of China,We can draw out the development strategy of "The Belt and Road" did not have a significant positive impact on financial performance of listed construction companies of western minority areas in the short term.The financial performance of enterprises is mainly influenced by domestic economic factors,regional economic development and the management efficiency of enterprises themselves.This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from two aspects of subjective and objective aspects: The objective reason is mainly due to the lagging behind of economic development,the weakness of technological innovation,and the particularity of political and cultural environment in western minority areas,which indirectly led to the low financial performance of listed construction companies in western minority areas.Subjectively,the construction industry listed companies in western minority areas lack stronger core competitiveness than the eastern enterprises,especially in terms of human capital level,technological innovation capability,and product value and market share.In view of the above two reasons,this paper gives some suggestions on the improvement of enterprise performance from the level of government and enterprise.In view of the above two reasons,this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions from the government and enterprise level.At the level of the government,we should strengthen the support and promote the efforts,introduce all kinds of assistance and preferential policies,and give full play to the role of the optimization of resources.The enterprise level should grasp the opportunity to first cultivate its own core competitiveness.In order to follow the "the people’s livelihood policy The Belt and Road" rhythm,to grasp the opportunities.
