With the rapid development of large-scale industrialization,energy shortage and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious,and the utilization of renewable energy has been paid more and more attention by the world.Biogas biomass has simple preparation process,easy to obtain raw materials,low pollution characteristics,has been widely applied to various fields of biogas power generation is a new technology in the world according to protect the environment and save energy in one,it is mainly used for urban and rural residents some garbage,some of the waste organic industry,agriculture,animal husbandry produced by fermentation,after treatment under certain controlled conditions generated by biogas,and then burn a lot of calories and drive the biogas produced by biogas power generation unit and power generation,and network.,and fully realizes the environmental protection concept of energy recycling and reuse.This paper presents on the anaerobic fermentation of biogas for energy use,according to the surrounding residents living garbage(mainly in cow dung and biogas produced mainly)after fermentation of organic waste of power grid,the grid and biogas power generation,waste heat utilization of whole design,because the daily biogas production fluctuations.Can not meet the turbine running,therefore,we must reform the original control system of generator unit,mainly to the programmable controller(PLC)for the control of the valve and pump the original signal controller according to the acquired,so that the generator can run stably.The system improves the traditional PID algorithm,making the biogas production capacity more stable,so that the generating unit runs stably,and meets the requirements of grid connection.The whole system applies industrial network to monitor biogas generation,power generation,grid connection and waste heat utilization,so as to make the whole production process run safely and efficiently.
