With the popularization of urban rail transit,the requirement of the equipment is more and more high,and the reliability of the equipment will directly affect the running quality of the train,and the reliability and importance of the equipment are related to its fault distribution,the degree of harmfulness and the maintenance standard.So this paper will take the door stroke switch as an example.The reliability and maintenance quality of subway equipment are studied.First,it introduces the general situation of the research on the reliability of equipment at home and abroad.From the analysis of the literature,the comprehensive research on the reliability and quality control of the subway train equipment is relatively few at home and abroad,and the related research can be converted to the actual production application less,so this paper first analyzes the vehicle with the application of the Minitab software.The gate trip switch has fault records,and its average life and maintenance period are compared.It is concluded that there is a lack of repair for S1 and S4.Secondly,the FMECA method is used to analyze the failure modes of the door stroke switch,and find out the most harmful failure modes of the travel switch are S1 and S4.The weak link of the door monitoring circuit is clarified,and then the failure mode and process capability of S1 and S4 are analyzed from the angle of quality control.It is the main reason for S1 and S4 failures to find out the gap of the travel switch,the insufficient ability to repair and process,the large vibration frequency and the unequal specifications of the thrust clamping rings.Then,the improvement measures are set up.At last,using the timeliness of the accelerated life test,the reliability and quality status of the door stroke switch S1 and S4 improved,and the reliability and quality data were compared and analyzed before and after the quality improvement.The analysis method and theory of this paper can be found that the quality of the door stroke switch is improved.At the same time,this method can also provide reference methods and technical support for the maintenance optimization and quality improvement of other parts of the subway train.From the maintenance management of the subway equipment,it is beneficial to the further improvement of the efficiency and efficiency of the company.
