The combustion of oxygen fuel MILD which was made up of oxygen-enriched combustion and MILD combustionhave advantages of low maximum temperature,uniform temperature distribution and combustion stabilization.It can be used to solve these problems of high local temperature and combustion instability.But the study of the oxygen fuel MILD combustion is not yet perfect which take liquid fuel as study object.The impact is not yet defined which the preheat air inlet temperature,flue gas entrainment rate and burning back pressure have to the MILD combustion.Therefore,this report will do the experimental investigation about the impact factors of the liquid fuel pure oxygen MILD combustion using the visual constant pressure combustion system.The main work is as follows:Developed and optimized the visual constant pressure combustion system in order to explore the impact which the preheat air inlet temperature,flue gas entrainment rate and burning back pressure have to the MILD combustion.The optimized system can make the preheat air inlet temperature vary from 0? to 800? and make the gas mass flow rate vary from 0 to 200 kg/h.The flue gas entrainment rate is 13 when the gas mass flow rate is 200 kg/h in the case that the flue mass flow rate is 2.5 kg/h.In other words,the flue gas entrainment rate can vary from 0 to 13.Moreover,the system can realize the constant pressure burning in the pressure of 6.5 MPa in the case that the preheat air inlet temperature and flue gas entrainment rate are maximal.The system has these characteristics compare with homogeneous system,such as constant pressure flow and high burning back pressure.It is important to the design of the stirling engine combustor and the gas turbine combustor.Study the Combustion of liquid fuel pure oxygen MILD using the CFD numerical simulation in the case that the fuel is n-decane and the boundary conditions are preheat air inlet temperature,flue gas entrainment rate and burning back pressure.The simulated results can give reference to the experiment design and compare to the experimental results.Preliminary prediction is made of the impact which the preheat air inlet temperature and flue gas entrainment rate,burning back pressure have to theliquid fuel pure oxygen MILD combustion.Do the experimental investigation about the impact factors of the liquid fuel pure oxygen MILD combustion.Combustion experiment was carried out in the case that the preheat air inlet temperature,flue gas entrainment rate and burning back pressure are the variables and other parameters are constant.There are more than 60 sets of valid data gotten by control variate method.Deal with the burning pictures by the two color process and decide the combustion whether is MILD combustion by the temperature analysis.According to the experimental and simulative results,the fuel gas entrainment rate is the main impact to the MILD combustion,and the preheat air inlet temperature is the secondary impact while the impact of burning pressure to the MILD combustion is non-significant.
