| Under the general situation of energy conservation and emission reduction,and it also indicates that the horn of new energy replace traditional energy sources for heating has been started.With the continuous development of solar energy collector technology,the cost of solar heating has gradually decreased.Solar energy heating projects have been established in many regions.If phase change heat storage technology is incorporated into the solar energy system,superfluous solar energy during the day will be stored for night,It can further save energy.This research based on the Qingdao area,combine with the solar radiation intensity data of Qingdao area to determine the basis for the application of solar heating in Qingdao area,and design a solar phase-change thermal storage floor heating system for the suburban architecture.The system combines the phase change thermal storage device and the end-heating device into one,which can reduce heat loss and increase the comprehensive utilization of solar energy.Detailed analysis of the operating principle of this system,calculated the data of sunshine time and the optimal collector dip angle in Qingdao area.Taking the building model in the article as an example,the system’s collector area,storage tank capacity,and auxiliary heat source power were configured and calculated.Using the Fluent software,the effects of different layers of phase change material layers,phase change materials,and other variables on the performance of phase change thermal storage flooring were obtained.The results show that Na2SO4·10H2O performance is better than CaCl2·6H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O.The heat storage and storage characteristics of the phase change heat storage floor with Na2SO4·10H2O as the phase change heat storage material were investigated,when the heat storage was completed up to 7 hours,the phase change material was substantially completely melted.After the hot water in the coil was stopped,phase change heat storage floor as a built-in heat source,can continuously release heat for 6.2 hours,during this period of time,the average ground temperature is higher than 25℃,which is better than the standard requirements,At 0:00,the room temperature gradually decreases to 17.5℃.At this time,it is lower than the room temperature design standard.At 9:00 the next day,the room temperature drops to 13.6℃.Although it is lower than the design standard,it still exists utilization value for users who do not require high standards..The research results show that compared with ordinary floor heating,phase change heat storage floor heating can effectively reduce the indoor temperature drop rate,the Indoor temperature disturbance is small,the human body feels good,the thermal shock is good,and the phase change heat storage floor can be Play an excellent advantage of shifting peaks and filling valleys.This paper analyzes the economical,energy-saving and environmental protection characteristics of solar phase-change thermal-storage floor heating system.Compared with the traditional coal-fired boiler heating,the static investment recovery period of the system is 6.5 years,and the system has great potential for energy-saving in the whole life cycle.The benefits are good and there is great promotion value in the Qingdao area where solar energy resources are abundant. |
