With the advent of Global energy issues and environmental issues,it is crucial to improve the energy structure and promote the development of new energy sources.Wind energy has broad prospects as clean energy,but the wind power consumption has hindered the development of wind power.Under the background of the Internet of Energy,the integrated energy system of electric heating has coordinated the operation,promoted the absorption of wind power and improved the utilization of energy.Aiming at the problem of low-carbon economy dispatch,this paper proposes an electric and thermal integrated energy system dispatch model.The integration of electricity and heating systems has great potential to enhance the flexibility of power system to accommodate more wind power.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the operating principle of the carbon capture unit is studied.The carbon capture unit has flexible regulation characteristics,lower minimum output,and a wider operating range of electrical carbon characteristics.The operation mechanism of the combined heat and power unit with heat storage is analyzed,and the heat storage device increases the electric heating operation interval of the combined heat and power unit,which is favorable for the absorption of wind power.The principle of wind power dissipation of the electric boiler was analyzed,which increased the grid space for wind power.Secondly,the low-carbon economic dispatch optimization model is proposed.The minimum coordinated heating relationship of the ultimate wind power accommodated the heat release rate of thermal storage and the electric power of electric boiler is presented.Considering of the information privacy of electricity system and heating system,Benders decomposition algorithm is proposed to solve this model.The results show the wind power accommodation in five scenarios,the low-carbon economic performance and the best node to join with the heating networks by considering of the energy transmission loss.Finally,the effectiveness of the coordinated heating relationship of the thermal storage and the electric boiler is verified.Finally,the robust model is bulit to deal with the uncertainty of wind power and method is employed.The economic costs,carbon emissions and wind power accommodating of the system in different scenarios was analyzed.The results showed low-carbon economic benefits of wind power generation.
