In recent years, the new multi-heat source cogeneration heating method based on exhausted steam heat recovery has become the focus of clean coal-fired central heating.Establishing scientific evaluation indexes and methods of energy efficiency is important for this type of system to integrate, optimize in all operating states and calculate of the heating cost.Based on work analysis, this paper introduces the index and evaluation method of heating equivalent electricity, and deeply studies its application in system optimization under all working conditions.1)The operation principles of large heating unit are further studied, and the influences of extraction steam heating and exhausted steam heating on the power generation are analyzed.Introduce the evaluation index of "heating equivalent electricity",and analyze the key parameters that have great influence on it.2)The multi-heat source cascade heating system is proposed for two units.Through the heat balance analysis of the system, two kinds of variables affecting the equivalent electricity of system heating are concluded, and a general optimization model of the system is established according to the nonlinear programming theory.3)Through the heat supply and demand balance analysis of the system, considering the restrictive factors for safe operation of the key equipment, such as the turbine and the absorption heat pump, the constraints of the general optimization model in the practical application is concluded, and the global optimization algorithm is used to resolve the model,4)In view of the multi-heat source cascade heating system in a thermal power plant in Shanxi, using the heating equivalent electricity to study and formulate the operation optimization methods in all operating states. From two aspects of energy-saving and economy ability, the feasibility and advantages of the new system are analyzed. This research aims at providing a theoretical basis for the scientific development of new cogeneration heating system which is based on exhausted steam waste heat recovery.
