On the one hand,China is vigorously developing urban rail transit to ease the traffic congestion situation of large and medium-sized cities,on the other hand,vibration,noise and other environmental induced by urban rail transit issues more and more people's attention.Solving these environmental problems is one of the key to ensuring the sustainable development of urban rail transit.A variety of noise and vibration reduction measures have been used to weaken the impact of urban rail transit lines along the residents,construction and precision instruments.Among the many measures to reduce noise and noise reduction,the overall performance of steel spring floating slab track is the best,and it is widely used in the demanding locations in the vibration control.This paper takes the steel spring floating plate track in a section of Dalian Metro Line 2 as the research background.Using Ansys,Matlab and other analysis software,through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the vibration characteristics of the vehicle-rail coupling system,the dynamic wheel train force,the vibration and its propagation law of the train operation,and the vibration performance of the steel spring floating plate track are studied in detail.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of vehicle-rail coupling dynamics,the finite element model of three-dimensional coupled dynamic finite element model of subway vehicle-steel spring floating plate orbit is established.The dynamic characteristics of floating plate orbital structure and influence of track structure parameter on dynamic characteristics of system are obtained by transient analysis.The results show that the stiffness,damping,spacing,floating plate density and train speed of steel spring can have a significant effect on the vibration response of the coupling system;(2)The two-dimensional dynamic finite element model of tunnel-soil is established,and the foundation reaction is input into the model.The vibration characteristics of tunnel and soil and the propagation law of vibration in soil are studied.It is found that the vibration of the surface is not monotonically decreasing with the increase of the distance,but the local vibration enlargement phenomenon may occur.The vibration propagates in the soil layer,and the vibration attenuation of the high frequency part is more obvious;(3)The vibration characteristics of the steel spring floating plate are compared with those of other types.The influence of system parameters on its vibration and vibration isolation performance is studied.It is found that steel spring stiffness,floating plate thickness and floating plate density are important parameters that affect the vibration performance of the system...
