Acoustic Emission Of Axle Crack Based On Parametric Analysis Research On Feature Extraction

The railway transportation capacity of the largest transport channel,it is the most important passenger and freight transport modes we can't replace,and the axle is one of the key components of railway vehicle,because it is always in a relatively poor working environment,so often there will be effects of external factors of friction,corrosion,cyclic stress high and low temperature impact force,inevitably,has a very serious effect the life of these complex factors on the axle,wear,scratches,cracks,peeling and even fracture damage phenomenon is very common.So the axle crack problem has become one of the main problems of vehicle operation failure,in these complex situations,in order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the vehicle axle crack failure problems must be taken seriously.In this paper,based on the analysis of the fault mechanism and detection technology of the track wheel axle,the author analyzes the crack location and the form of the axle,and introduces the acoustic emission testing technology.This paper presents a fault diagnosis method of axle crack parameter analysis method based on the design process,write axle crack fault diagnosis experiment parameter analysis method in detail the overall structure frame is introduced in the experiment.In this paper,the fault types and the research trends of fault diagnosis methods are summarized,and the principle of acoustic emission technology,the advantage of diagnosis and the method of acoustic emission signal processing are summarized.Then a detailed study of the LMD algorithm,EMD algorithm and cepstrum algorithm,these algorithms will be applied in practice to deal with the axle Crack Acoustic emission signal feature extraction problem,learn from their advantages,improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis of train axle crack.It provides a good design idea and function design direction for the research and development of the axle Crack Acoustic Emission fault diagnosis system,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the further research and development work.
