With the technology development of WEB 2.0,the changes in the e-commerce market and consumer habits,more and more brands have created their own online communities,which is more convenient,efficient,diversified,attracting more and more brand consumers to participate in it,becoming a platform for community user interaction,and massive user generated content also came into being.This has brought severe challenges to the community's information management,such as information overload and other issues.How to sort out the community information well and classify it effectively so that users and companies can mine valuable information has become the current research hotspot.Based on the unclassified user-generated content of the "Functional Suggestions" module of Huawei pollen club,this thesis seeks out the value information of this section and optimizes the section tag system to achieve good information classification.The main work includes the following aspects:The user-generated content of the "Functional Suggestions" section of the Huawei pollen club was collected using the Python crawler.The collected variables mainly include key information such as users,posts,page views,analyzing the posts while taking into account the amount of visits and replies.Through the analysis of the internal relationships between major variables,builds the knowledge network model of “Functional Advice” section,in order to describe the distribution of the information of the forum completely.Dividing the knowledge network with hypergraph partitioning tools and the domain knowledge of the section was discovered.A comparative analysis was made on the parameter selection and program selection in hMETIS to find the best solution matching scheme in the context of this study.Based on the domain knowledge and the design of the PS interface,using the domain knowledge as a classification tag in the "Functional Suggestions" section of the Huawei pollen club,and the information management of the interface was optimized.Applying hypergraph method to practical management problems provides a new perspective for the application of hypergraph method when solving practical existing management problems.
