With the rapid development of the economy,people’s spiritual world is more and more scarce,although the people’s material life is becoming more and more rich.Now,people are no longer concerned with the fun of the material itself,and the spiritual experience is concerned.People need to get psychological satisfaction and warmth,especially in service-oriented products.As the "leader of the financial services",commercial banks should put their customer service in the first place.The commercial bank’s offline network is the most important channel for the bank to communicate face to face with the customer.However,the only channel is widely criticized because of its low service efficiency,poor quality,poor indoor environment,poor customer experience and lack of human care.The lack of hardware and software leads to the current marketing and service mode lagging behind the competition and development of traditional bank outlets,especially after people’s lifestyle and consumption concept has undergone tremendous changes.In order to meet the needs of customers for the needs of humanity and the banking development,commercial banks must keep up with the pace of the era of science and technology,commercial banks will become the Construction Bank of science and technology,the wisdom of the bank,optimize the layout of interior space,the integration and utilization of space resources,make the best use of it.In January 2015,China Construction Bank deployed a new smart bank in 11 cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and other cities.User experience feedback is very satisfactory,which marks the birth of smart bank in China.At the same time,it means that commercial banks across the country will usher in a transformation from traditional banks to smart banks.In the process of building a smart bank,the elements that can directly reflect the customer experience index are the design of the spatial layout and the application of the intelligent equipment.So how to combine the interior design of the intelligent bank with the intelligent productbar deployment and improve the customer experience to the greatest extent is the key content of the article.This article mainly discusses the related concept theory and development situation of the intelligent bank,and discusses the typical characteristics of the intelligent bank.Secondly,it compares the traditional commercial bank network with the wisdom bank network,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and sums up the basic elements of the construction of the intelligent bank network.Suggestions on the two hardware aspects of the construction of intelligent bank in the layout,function and space layout of intelligent equipment.Summing up the basic strategies of the construction of a customer centered smart bank network,the dual channel cooperative development,the personalized service,the promotion of the customer experience,and the customer centered.At last,taking the Huizhou Merchants Bank as an example,it illustrates the intelligent equipment purchased by the Huizhou bank and the function and utility of the division of the indoor functional area after the successful transformation.
