| In recent years,as China has made many advancements in Internet technology,industry,applications,and multi-fields integration,various industries are accelerating the pace of "Internet +" development,and the era has put forward new requirements for the dissemination and processing of information.Under the background of the continuous development of information technology,the development of the construction industry should also be combined with information technology in a timely manner.As far as the entire construction industry,small-scale design and construction companies are concerned,whether they can find a suitable approach to disseminate information accurately and timely directly affects the ability to rationally allocate the entire social resources and increase production efficiency.By using the existing BIM technology and remote collaboration technology combined with the virtualization technology in the field of computer technology.The thesis aims to build a remote collaborative BIM design platform for medical architecture design.Based on the development of building informatization,this thesis explores the application of BIM-based on the virtualized remote collaborative design platform.The core content of this article mainly consists of the following aspects:Firstly,the current BIM technology,the characteristics and advantages of collaborative design,and the features and particularities of medical buildings were analyzed.Combined with the technical principles and functional characteristics of BIM,the concept of combining BIM technology with the architectural remote collaborative design platform was proposed.Subsequently,the construction process of the collaborative design platform was introduced through the practice,and preparation was made for further applied research.Finally,the BIM collaborative design platform was applied to explore changes in the design of modern medical buildings,design content and design depth at different project periods by using an actual project which has been built as a case study.Comparing and summarizing the efficiency gap and difference between BIM remote collaborative design platform mode and traditional architectural design work mode under the same circumstance were being done.The aim of this thesis is to theoretically promote the combination of the complex large-scale public building design work and the BIM collaborative design application research.From the practical perspective,this new design approach based on a collaborative design platform can be used as a reference for BIM technology in the collaborative design work of design institutes,architectural firms,and other construction units,helping enterprises to improve efficiency and save costs. |
