The satellite power system is an important part of the satellite,and it is also a guarantee for the normal operatio n of other satellite systems.The power supply performance of the power system directly affects the execution of satellite space mission and the satellite life.Therefore it is of great significance to test the power system of the satellite.At present,the test system for the satellite power system is lack of a complete set of professional test system,usually use discrete equipment,have disadvatanges like low level of automation,low precision,inconvenient data recording and so on.Based on the analys is of test requirements and existing problems,the testing and calibration system of the satellite power system designed by this project has the advantages of high automation level and high precision,which integrates the functions of data acquisition,processing,analysis,storage and display,and has extensible and certain generality.The system is composed of two parts: hardware and software.The design of hardware system follows the principle of modularization,according to requirements,it is divided into four modules: host system,analog device,preprocessing circuit and dynamic acquisit ion.The host system takes the PXIe-8880 controller of N I company as the host and the PXIe-1078 chassis as the load bearing device.The host control analog device genera tes the measured signa l and simulates the satellite solar panel output through the Agilent E4360 series solar cell simulator.The IT8700 series electronic load simulates the equivalent power consumption of the satellite load,and uses the pulse power supply to simulate the pulse signal output from the electric propulsion system.The measured signal is processed through a preprocessing circuit such as voltage divider and AC coupling,and then sent to the acquisition card to complete data acquisition.The software of system takes Microsoft Visual studio as the development platform and uses c plus plus as the programming language to complete the software interface and the design of each functional module.The control function of the analog device is completed,and the I-V curve database and equivalent load power consumption database of the on board solar panel are established.The software can set the acquis ition card to complete the dynamic data acquis ition function.The sampling rate and other parameters can be adjusted in real time according to the test results.With data management capabilities,complete the data storage,filter traversal,export to Excel,delete,playback display and other processing.Digital filters with optional function and type are used to filter out noise signals and improve the accuracy of measurement.With data analys is and calculation functions,pulse power calculation and voltage jump time calculation can be completed.The connection can be established with the server via TC P/IP communication to achieve remote control.Finally,build the test platform and test each functional module separately.Analysis the error of the tested data and comparison to the technical requirement.The result proves that the test system meets the requirements of function and index.It can complete the test and calibration of the satellite power system.
