| As the most common form of structure,the solid structure is widely used in various types of buildings.However,the relative force and large volume of the rod structure limit the development of the structural form.In recent years,the rise of parametric buildings has also placed higher demands on the free and reasonable solid structure,especially for the harmonization between structural forms and practical architectural functions.The traditional solid structure design uses experience and trial calculation to find economical and practical structural forms.It only considers the safety of the structure and ignores the contribution of the structure to architectural aesthetics and artistic expression.It replaces the human experience with the help of appropriate structural formative construction methods.Can effectively solve the free form of the solid structure design problems.At present,there are some problems in the methods of constructing solid structure morphologies,such as low computational efficiency and single structural form.This paper proposes a method for constructing a planar solid structure that takes into account the topology,shape,and section optimization,taking advantage of the rod structure and the solid structure.And through the calculations to prove the correctness and practicality of the method.Aiming at the difficulties in finding the shape of the solid structure topology and shape,an algorithm for materializing the rod structure on the basis of the morphological creation of the rod structure was proposed.The structure of the structure was created by combining the rod structure and the solid structure.This not only has high computational efficiency,but also enables the simultaneous optimization of the topology,shape,and crosssection of the structure.It also provides new ideas for the creation of three-dimensional structural shapes in practical projects.The morphological construction method of the rod structure was studied in depth.The characteristics and specific operating procedures of various rod structure morphological building methods were analyzed.Through the comprehensive comparison,an evolutionary theory-based constructing method consistent with the principle of solid structure creation was selected.Through the calculation of geometric parallel lines to achieve the intersection of means to solidify the rod structure,and can control the physical size of the cross-section and the solid structure of the boundary smoothness,and further enhance the solid structure of the building efficiency.The introduction of isolines in the process of constructing solid structure makes the boundary of the solid structure more free and the shape more reasonable and graceful.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the structure,it was confirmed that this method obtained a reasonable layout of the structural material and the von Mises stress distribution was uniform.According to the idea of the planar solid structure proposed in this paper,the strategy of the structure creation and the algorithm flow are summarized,and the feasibility of the entire construction method is verified through the establishment of the Fortran program. |
