In this paper,the trajectory tracking of the launch control system is studied,and the data fusion method of real-time external trajectory tracking is researched.The results of traditional trajectory tracking data processing depend too much on the data quality of single device,and there are many jumping points,and the accuracy and reliability are not high.In order to ensure the ascent trajectory of space launch outside the real-time processing of the accuracy and reliability of measurement equipment,make full use of the redundant information,using data fusion technology to achieve real-time processing of rocket flight trajectory,to provide accurate,reliable,tracking support path of science,to meet the rising segment space launch command and decision-making requirements.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Research for the technical situation of domestic and foreign data fusion center,in-depth study of the pretreatment method,measurement data fusion before using equipment,before fusion level three data preprocessing model,realize the correction of measurement error correction data system,photoelectric wave refraction error and time error,lost point correction and outlier correction and time alignment of pre judgment processing and simulation.Introduces the constant velocity model and constant acceleration model,jerk model,singer model and CS model based on the kinematics equation,the mathematical model of computer simulation,put forward that meet the requirement of real-time processing,and can accurately describe the rocket movement process the maximum acceleration of the adaptive adjustment of the "current" statistical model,as the rising section the kinematics equation of space launch.The analysis proves the extended Calman filter,unscented Calman filtering,filtering particle filter three kinds of nonlinear factors,comprehensive comparison of three kinds of filtering methods of real-time and precision and its influence,the final choice as Calman filter as a data fusion method,combined with the space launch ascent kinematics equation,design and implementation of real time trajectory tracking fusion processing algorithm and computer simulation verification.Finally,carry out the real time trajectory tracking fusion algorithm application before the verification work.Using the launch of space launch combat data,replay the flight process of space launch,with real time trajectory tracking fusion algorithm,real measurement device tracking results.The results show that the fusion process than the traditional processing method of outer trajectory in terms of accuracy and reliability doubled.Through the research and the results of the project application,improve the real-time application center of computer ability to use redundant measurement data to further enhance the tracking accuracy and reliability of trajectory,and enhance the overall level of field measurement and control system for space launch tracking capability.
