| Safe,stable and low consumption of city water works is an important guarantee for social and economic development.Shenyang is an important industrial city in Northeast China.A water-supply plant in shenyang as the research object of this study,using regression analysis method to comprehensive analysis water main process characteristics,achieve water standard,low energy consumption and stable operation,ensure that tap water quality to meet Sanitary standards for drinking water(GB5749-2006),saving drug.After test in a waterworks,by optimizing the water turbidity and residual chlorine data before and after comparison,proved the feasibility and practicability of this study,the results will be the actual waterworks have the effect of prediction and effective adjustment.The basis of the analysis of actual water factory,using regression analysis method of flocculation precipitation-filtration and water quality parameters of clear water reserviors disinfection technology were analyzed,and established the flocculation precipitation-filtration turbidity quadratic equation and clear water reserviors residual chlorine quadratic equation.Through regression analysis,the influence of various factors on water quality was found out,a single factor equation was established,and then a multifactor equation was established,and the water quality was predicted.Based on multi-factor equation and quadratic equation compare the simulation results,select simulate better multi-factor equation used to predict the actual water quality,auxiliary waterworks operation.In order to study the effect of multifactor equation in actual use,this paper compares the original data of the water plant with the simulated data.the turbidity of the water in low temperature and low turbidity is unstable,and the amount of the drug is too little,After the simulation of equation,the water turbidity is guaranteed to be within 1.0 NTU,ensuring the stability of the water quality meets the requirements.In normal water turbidity water was low,and drug too wasteful,after equation to simulate the when will keep your water within 0.2 NTU,the flocculant dosing quantity is 76 658 kg,reagent consumption saving 4.1%.In clear water reserviors,ensure effluent is stable and the actual amount of chlorine than ever before to save reagent were 2.76% and 1.63%.Based on the calculation,the annual is saved about 80,000 yuan and the liquid is saved for thousands of yuan.Will equation for application in practical production,the actual dosage simulation experiment,found that the equations for stable water quality,energy saving effect is obvious,is of great significance for auxiliary waterworks. |
