There is a widespread leakage in the water supply industry,and the leakage of water supply pipes is becoming a serious concern for the water supply industry at home and abroad.However,how to quantify the leakage is the premise and foundation of the leakage control of the network.Water supply pipe network leakage level is affected by the physical properties and operating conditions of pipeline,pipeline pressure is one of the influence factors,through the pipe network pressure control can effectively reduce leakage.To shenyang with shenyang as an engineering example,the water supply pipe network leakage reason is analyzed,and the water supply problem in shenyang and factors analysis,through statistical data from 2014 in shenyang water supply network production rate was 42.85%,the leakage situation is very serious,cause serious economic loss of water group in shenyang.The research and data collection and analysis of the test area were studied,and the project was chosen as the subject.By using signal processing method,the applications of wavelet transform to A area loss calculation,by GPRS remote real-time monitoring system,the study reads the A village pump station outlet flow signal,A residential water consumption and loss separation model,by comparing the wavelet series function correlation coefficient separation results,select db5 wavelet decomposition,the traffic signal is 2 layer to achieve the purpose of the water consumption and loss signal separation,and Mallat algorithm is used to separate signal reconstruction,thus calculated water leakage.Using correlation coefficient as a result of the separation of evaluation index,and with the method of minimum flow at night measured loss data comparison,it is concluded that wavelet transform correlation coefficient separation results close to 1,separation effect is good,for loss calculation provides another way of thinking.Calculated by wavelet transform is A loss of community,through A neighborhood inevitable physical loss data calculation,using the water supply pipe network leakage ILI indicators to evaluate leakage of A district level,calculated from A village ILI index was 5.5,and there is A village 23.7% lower leakage space,thus it is concluded that there is A village through leakage control method to reduce loss of space.After the evaluation of the leakage level of the A community,it is necessary to determine whether the A community needs to control the leakage through the stress management.Through the stress reduction test in A,it is concluded that the area can be lost and controlled by installing the pressure-reducing valve.According to the actual situation of A,it is considered that the pressure control should be carried out in the way of the pressure control valve only at the outlet of the pump station in the residential areato maximize the economic benefit.The optimal control model of valve in A was set up,and the model was solved using difference evolution algorithm.The results show that the leakage rate of A cell is reduced from 29% to 22%,and the effect of pressure management is better,which can effectively control the leakage of water supply pipe network in A.
