Cardiovascular disease is the horrible killer of human health.As people getting faster pace of life and growing stress,the incidence of a cardiovascular disease is rising.Because cardiovascular disease is a chronic disease,patients often need a long-term ECG monitoring.24-hour Holter equipment currently used by the hospital,is cumbersome for wearing and not a real-time ECG diagnosis,because it needs the doctor to analyze the ECG recordes.In order to solve the above problems,this dissertation designed a remote ECG monitoring system and improved its ECG diagnosis algorithm.In this dissertation,according to the needs analysis of the target users of remote ECG monitoring,the four basic functions of system such as collection,processing,display and patient information management need to be confirmed.The remote ECG monitoring system is systematically designed and its ECG diagnosis algorithm is improved.In the system design,it is divided into three parts: the collection side,the server and the client.The ECG signal is gathered by the collection side which is connected with the nearby wireless AP through the Wi-Fi module and the signal is uploaded to the server by the HTTP.On the server side,the establishment of Socket software is used to monitor and receive data.After digital signal processing and ECG analysis,and processed ECG waveform and ECG analysis results are sent to the client side.Patients and doctors can access the client via web or mobile APP,get real-time ECG waveforms and ECG diagnosis results.In the diagnosis algorithm,this paper presents a new type of ECG diagnosis algorithm,which is based on autoencoder and denoising autoencoder.By improving the traditional stack denoising autoencoders,the network can extract the more abstract features of ECG signal to improve the problem of the current ECG diagnostic algorithm requires the design of complex ECG signal characteristics.This dissertation also test the remote ECG monitoring system and its ECG diagnosis algorithm by doing the system test and accuracy test.The test results show that the system and its algorithm have achieved the desired goal.
