For a long time,China's energy consumption structure is mainly on coal,which caused serious environmental pollution and ecological destruction,to improve the double pressure of energy and the environment,people focus on environment-friendly and renewable energy resource-biomass.As one of the main technologies of using biomass energy,biomass gasification is of great research significance.The aim of biomass gasification is to obtain high grade combustible syngas by the way of thermal chemical processes at high temperature.In this paper,the software of Ansys Fluent is used on simulation studies about biomass gasification process.Mathematical model is validated based on contrastive analysis between experimental data carried out by Doctor Luo Siyi and simulated ones.Using chemical reaction kinetic model,the process and mechanism of biomass steam gasification is simulated under the condition of different particle sizes and different temperature,the results demonstrate that:In the process of raw material particle size increasing from d<5mm to 80mm<d<100mm,the percentage of total volume of biomass steam gasification gas H2 and CO gradually reduce from 57.2%to 49.7%,and the kinetic rate of primitive reaction R84 playing a main role in producing gas H2 gradually reduce;the kinetic rate of primitive reaction R99 and R81 playing a main role in producing gas CO are fluctuated state.As the gasification temperature rising from 600?to 1000?,the percentage of total volume of biomass steam gasification gas H2 and CO increase from 56.1%to 56.96%,and the kinetic rate of primitive reaction R84 playing a main role in producing gas H2 gradually increase,the kinetic rate of primitive reaction R99and R81 playing a main role in producing gas CO both show a trend of increase.With maintaining the temperature 800?,particle size of 10 mm<d<15 mm constant,the process of biomass gasification is simulated under different atmosphere?CO2?21%O2/79%N2?21%O2/79%H2O?21%CO2/79%H2O?21%O2/79%CO2?,the results show that:total volume of gas H2 and CO account for 51.87%in the process of biomass gasification in CO2 atmosphere;total volume of gas H2 and CO account for19.1%in the process of biomass gasification in 21%O2/79%N2 atmosphere;total volume of gas H2 and CO account for 56.13%in the process of biomass gasification in21%O2/79%H2O atmosphere;total volume of gas H2 and CO account for 48.36%in the process of biomass gasification in 21%CO2/79%H2O atmosphere;total volume of gas H2and CO account for 42.98%in the process of biomass gasification in 21%O2/79%CO2atmosphere.And the important reaction on impacting H2 in above different atmosphere is R84,and the important reaction on impacting CO is R99 and R81,but the reaction rate is different in above different atmosphere.
