In recent years,with the development of automobile industry,the emission of automobile exhaust has become a problem that can not be ignored.The direct emission of automobile exhaust not only causes much energy loss,but also causes some pollutions to the environment.Therefore,it is important to save energy and reduce emission to recover exhaust gas from automobile by using thermoelectric technology.The control system of mild hubrid power based on vehicle exhaust thermoelectric generator is designed in this paper,which includes two parts: the detection of the automobile exhaust thermoelectric conversion device and the control of the automobile exhaust thermoelectric mild hybrid power system.First of all,the design of structure and hardware development of the main controller,detection and slave board and each functional module are completed for control system of mild hubrid power based on vehicle exhaust thermoelectric generator,and a more perfect detection system is built.The detection system mainly collects the temperature,current and voltage of the vehicle exhaust thermoelectric conversion device,and transmits the data to the main controller by CAN bus.The main controller realizes the visual operation of the data by using the graphical user interface system(STemwin).Then,the control system of mild hubrid power based on vehicle exhaust thermoelectric generator based on Advisor,in the MATALAB/Simulink modeling environment,according to the structure and related parameters of the vehicle exhaust thermoelectric conversion device,the vehicle exhaust thermoelectric conversion device model is established.And it embedded in the Advisor platform as an independent new subsystem to build a mild hybrid vehicle model combined with the characteristics of the vehicle system,the transmission system engine,motor,battery,control strategy and vehicle simulation model are established.The parameters and requirements of the vehicle model are set up.Finally,the influence of mild hybrid control strategy on vehicle power performance,fuel economy and emission performance is analyzed on Advisor platform.The simulation results show that the fuel economy and exhaust emission of the vehicle are improved to a certain extent under the condition that the dynamic performance of the vehicle remains basically unchanged.The vehicle exhaust thermoelectric control system of mild hubrid power based on vehicle exhaust thermoelectric generator can improve the comprehensive performance of the vehicle to a certain extent,which is feasible and effective.
