| Hydrophobicity of composite insulators is an important indicator for the stable operation of power systems.In order to prevent the occurrence of pollution flashover due to contamination,aging of insulators,it is necessary to periodically inspect the insulators.For convenience,quickly and accurately classify insulator hydrophobicity,This raises the need for insulator hydrophobic testing systems.Based on the multiple serial automatic detection system,this article introduced the automatic detection and identification of multiple serial ports,and the realization of multi-threading technology.A multi-serial automatic detection model was designed.The detection model gives a train of ideas for sequential control of multiple serial devices and provides a template for similar industrial process control.The whole work process will be divided into step by step,strictly stipulating that the former step to the latter step can only be achieved by a single relationship,avoiding the disorderly progress of the process.In view of the limitations of traditional insulator detection methods,applying digital image technology to the detection of hydrophobicity is the focus of current research.This paper first introduces two image recognition algorithms: Otsu algorithm and threshold-based algorithm based on entropy,through the comparison of the recognition effect of whether the images are processed in blocks or not,pointed out the limitations of single algorithm in image recognition,and then put forward the application of TMSD algorithm,this algorithm provides an optimal detail display threshold for image segmentation and retains the details of the image as much as possible.Combined with the threshold segmentation algorithm of entropy and the TMSD algorithm,an improved multi-threshold segmentation method is proposed,and tracking the borders of water droplets and merging edge information,the final water droplet profile extraction effect is good,and it can meet the follow-up hydrophobic grade requirements.According to the established multi-serial process control model,an industrial control example is given,this article describes the design process of this system and its implementation in detail.Based on the problem of classification of insulator,first extract the features of hydrophobic images and then introduce the existing classification methods,finally,the SVM decision learning algorithm is used to determine the hydrophobicity rating of the insulator.The results show that this method has a good classification effect and the system can meet the needs of hydrophobic testing of composite insulators. |
