Discussion On Humanized Design Of Community Commercial Street

Under the background of the rapid development of the real estate market in China,the community business street as an important part of the real estate development,by the developers,now the community shops more belong to the real estate of auxiliary facilities,less consider the person’s subjectivity in the design,comfort,ignoring the community business itself plays an important part in community activity promotion,can’t improve the vitality of the community,to promote the community residents.Field survey,the author in more access to relevant information at the same time,combined with their own participation in community business street facade renovation project,and specialty were analyzed,and thinking about human thought and the relationship between the community business street design.From the perspective of people’s environmental needs,the optimization design of community commercial street is discussed.This paper firstly expounds the definition of community commercial street and its development in China,and puts forward the existing problems according to the author’s actual investigation.Secondly,starting from the humanization theory,the author probes into the perception of community business space and the psychological needs of people,and analyzes the elements of each interface in combination with the community space.To and from the Angle of the design method is discussed,the research of humanized idea in community business street design method,from the landscape environment construction,the digging of cultural characteristics,shape and space form three angles to explore.Finally,the author participated in the design analysis of the community commercial street design project,and verified the feasibility and advantages of the proposed design method.Under the background of this article in today’s fast development of community business street,aims to improve the overall environment of the community commercial atmosphere,and promote the community residents,promoting community commercial culture connotation,has provided the new mentality for the community business street design.
