In recent years,the rapid development of electric vehicles for electric air conditioning research and development put forward a new topic.The study of air-conditioning systems and the corresponding battery-cooling systems that are more compatible with electric vehicles are a very important issue in the development of electric vehicles.In this thesis,the main contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the research status of electric air conditioning system at home and abroad is expounded.Comprehensive comparison of a variety of cooling methods,combined with the operation of the vehicle using liquid-cooled battery cooling system,the need for air-conditioning system to provide cold source.Combined with the actual situation put forward the appropriate battery cooling system solutions.And then the analysis of the electric vehicle battery required heat dissipation;select the appropriate 16 P battery heat exchanger,and the matching expansion valve;and the selected battery heat exchanger and thermal expansion valve were tested.Finally,the main components of the electric car air conditioning system were selected and tested the performance,such as electric compressors,condensers,battery cooling and so on.Through the ring mold to determine the electric vehicle air conditioning system refrigerant charge and electric scroll compressor of the best speed,and verify the air conditioning system cooling effect.The results show that when the unit cooling system is running,the working speed of the compressor can reach the requirement of 2kW when the working speed of the compressor is less than 1100 r / min.When the dual system is running,the heat transfer ratio between the battery heat exchanger and the evaporator is The increase in the speed of the compressor and the heat transfer capacity of the battery heat exchanger is always greater than the evaporator heat transfer capacity,through the expansion valve to control the refrigerant flow,change thesystem flow distribution,enhance the heat transfer in the evaporator HVAC.
