Satellite power system as an important part of the satellite,due to long time working in the space radiation environment,it's vulnerable to the effect of radiation of the protons,neutrons and other particles.Performance degradation happened and energy providing affected due to this radiation.Therefore,the ability to assess radiation is significant for space industry development and application.But performance evaluation of satellite power system is a small sample issue due to the limitation of technology,time and cost.This paper proposed a radiation effects evaluation method of satellite power system based on Concentration-of-Measure inequalities,in order to quantify the margins and uncertainties for the evaluation parameters,including,(1)Study the basic theory of CoM inequality,including performance margin,uncertainty,verification diameter,validation diameter,failure tolerance,system certification,etc.Then introduce a variety of CoM inequalities for different condition of inputs,and propose a basic system certification algorithm based on CoM inequalities.(2)Research and analyze the damage and degradation mechanism of satellite power system components,then determine the critical components(solar cell and CMOS)which were effected greater of the space radiation.Modeling the critical components by reliability method which based on performance degradation.(3)As for the system-level radiation effects performance modeling,propose an integration strategy of multi-models.Integrating a variety of models which were involved in system-level radiation effects evaluation of satellite power system,including radiation environment model,shielding model,degradation model of key components and the simulation model of power system.(4)The application of CoM method.On the application of a certain model of a satellite power system,with the help of CoM inequality,simulation data of system model and test data of telemetry data On-Orbit are integrated to calculate the margins and uncertainty for the parameters which are required to evaluate,in order to verify the feasibility of the CoM method.
