At present,the most basic method for failure analysis of products is FMEA.The traditional FMEA approach typically take ad hoc mode for analysis,that causing fault cannot properly defined,the results of low availability,definition of failure is more difficult to understand,and over-reliance on the knowledge and experience of technical personnel and other issues,it is easy to cause confusion and result in FMEA is not always able to get the desired results.In order to solve a series of problems in the traditional FMEA method in the analysis process,this paper puts forward a structure-function model driven FMEA method,the main contents are as follows.(1)Model establishment and fault classification.By analyzing the structure and function model in the field of fault analysis,the structure function dependency model is proposed.At the same time,it points out the existing problems in the implementation of the classification method of the product failure mode,and gives a solution.So that it is not only able to contact with the fault mechanism,but also easy to contact with the fault treatment measures.(2)Fault causes and mechanism identification.According to the problems in the fault causes and mechanism of the recognition process,using the system model,analysis of various structural element stress environment,identify fault of system structures from the point of stress.Using the method of stress interference to identify the fault of the product,the process of fault identification is standardized and unified.(3)Fault propagation and impact analysis.Based on fault identification from the angle of stress,to analyze the fault propagation and summed up a series of corresponding fault propagation rules,make technical personnel more clear fault influence,and make quick judgment,and to make early prevention and maintenance.(4)Fault propagation analysis based on energy transmission line.Quickly delineate the influence range of faults in complex system,and the investigation and prevention focus,not only improve the work efficiency,but also has a very important role in the analysis of the reverse propagation of energy transmission line.
