The rapid development of information technology has brought the fast free expression of public opinions,at present China’s aviation industry is under unprecedented pressure of public opinion.Even a very small event to trigger netizens emotional resonance and form a hot soon,may even great wave of public opinion,if he is not paying attention,not to clarify,guide,and processed on time,may have a negative impact to the company’s reputation and brand value.Pressure of public opinion has become one of the civil aviation daily variety of normalized pressure of public opinion would be on the normalized management of civil aviation management.This paper,according to the theory of crisis management,uses literature retrieval method,quantitative analysis,case analysis and other methods,to monitor and manage risks of public opinion.First of all,from the Angle of the theory of network public opinion of the concept,characteristics,elements,formation mode and management difficulties faced by the detailed introduction,and then according to the investigation of the practice activity analysis D company public opinion of the current management situation,the network public opinion characteristics of D company,negative public opinion many interior and exterior reasons and high incidence of defects are discussed in depth.Finally combining with case study,on the basis of the crisis management theory that emphasizes systematic and holistic,establish a system of comprehensive management of public opinion,goals and measures,mainly reflected in the “All time space,All elements,All staff,All media” four aspects,and according to the 4R model,design the public opinion management process,put forward the corresponding management strategy,establish early warning plan in advance,make active treatment,summing up evaluation system,form a closed-loop mechanism of continuous improvement,constantly find and solve problems,reduce the problems,realize the public opinion to deal with the best effect.Finally in order to ensure the smooth implementation of public opinion management measures,the paper made the final four safeguards from the system,technology,personnel,training four aspects.In the end of this paper,the research summarizes the reflection of the deficiencies in the thesis,singled out the future research direction.Hope that through this article research,can from the Angle of the theory and the time of D company provide a certain amount of public opinion management rationalization proposal,the public opinion management as a system engineering to infiltrate into the whole process of company management,carry out scientific management of network public opinion,strengthen the management of the company’s public opinion,at the same time provide reference for other airlines.
