The bladeless fan,known to people as a new fan,is liked by many consumers due to its beautiful and unique appearance as well as multiple functions.Foreign companies? patent monopoly results in the high price of bladeless fans,which is not affordable to the ordinary consumers.There is an increasing interest of using bladeless fan,a new type of fan without vanes,in normal life due to its unique appearance and multiple functions.However,because of patent monopoly of foreign companies,the prices of bladeless fan is too high to accept for most consumers.As an important component of the bladeless fan,the air-out circle has a great effect on the overall performance of bladeless fans.Thus,it's of practical significance to optimize the performance of air-out circle in bladeless fan.The achievement and work of the paper are as follows:First,the FE model is established in accordance with the actual prototype.FLUENT standard ?-? turbulence model is adopted to conduct steady calculation of original model and analyze flow field characteristics.Meanwhile,the steady calculation results are set to the initial value.A method of combining LES(large eddy simulation)with FW-H is adopted to conduct unsteady calculation and noise level prediction of air-out circle.The results show that the air supply distance of the model can meet the actual demand,air quantity is significantly enlarged and the noise level is lower than national standard.Next,this paper explores the main air area,air supply distance,enlargement effect of air quantity,and aerodynamic noise level by changing the contraction angle and air outlet clearance of the original model.Comparing with original model,the best contraction angle and air outlet clearance are found.Finally,a double air outlet bladeless fan is proposed in the paper.The distance between two air outlets and contraction angle.After the analog computation of the models is conducted as well as enlargement effect of air quantity and noise level are analyzed,the results show the best value of air outlet distance and contraction angle of the double air outlet bladeless fan.The parameter analysis of bladeless fan is performed according to FE model.Varying distances between two air outlets and contraction angles are considered to explore the enhancement effect of air quantity and noise level.By comparing and analyzing,the best values of air outlet distance and contraction angle of double air outlet bladeless fan are obtained.In conclusion,the research results of the paper can provide some theoretical basis and reference which provides the optimal design and performance improvement of bladeless fan air-out circle.
